Finding a home can take some time and you may want a temporary place to stay initially. Student
As Linköping is a very popular university town the demand for student housing is big. Depending on the season you can get a place to stay fairly promptly, or need to queue for a while.

You can find ads on subletting on the electronic notice board on Linköping’s university website. You can even post your own ad on the site. Some ads are in Swedish and some in English.
Renting an accommodation
There are a number of landlords in Linköping and the surrounding area. On our website you can search landlords depending on your area of interest or obtain a list of all landlords (hyresvärdar) in town.

You can also find ads for rental apartments in the local press, such as Corren, and on websites such as Bovision. Unfortunately the information is only available in Swedish. You can also post your own ad in Corren.
Buying a home
To buy a home, you can either contact the owners themselves or contact an estate agent. Both owners and estate agents advertise in the local press and on the internet. The biggest website for finding a home is Hemnet (only Swedish) but you can also find ads in the local papers (Swedish), such a Corren.
Building a Property
