Conditions for income support
The social welfare committee can insist that you take part in standard work experience or other activities designed to increase your skills in order to help you to become self-supporting in the future.
If you decide not to take part in such activities without a valid reason you may lose all or part of your income support. The same applies if you do not attend the activities or work experience without an acceptable reason.
How is my entitlement to benefit assessed?
Each application is assessed individually. Your ability to meet your needs yourself, and whether those needs can be met in some other way, are always assessed.
